Bamboo pricing tiers are based on agents rather than users. The more agents, the more processes can run concurrently – either steps in the same build, or different builds.*

Pricing FAQ
Our FAQ contains the most frequently asked questions relating to our licensing and pricing. Need to get in touch with someone from our product or sales team? Ask away.
What do I need to get started with Bamboo?
Bamboo schedules and coordinates the work involved in building and testing your application. Therefore, to use Bamboo, you will need to already have: A code repository that contains the complete source code for the project, build scripts and test suites. It is generally assumed that the person who commits a change to the code is responsible for fixing any resulting build errors immediately.
What happens when I've completed my free server trial?
You can purchase and simply continue using Bamboo. All you should do is replacing your trial key with a permanent license key.
Do plan branches count as jobs?
The use of Plan Branches doesn't have a multiplicative effect on the number of jobs configured, and therefore can’t affect the 10 jobs cap. For example, a plan with two jobs that are building against three branches (the plan's original branch, plus two extra branches) will contribute two jobs toward the limit.
What is the cost to upgrade my Bamboo Server license to a higher tier?
Upgrading your edition of Bamboo allows you to access the additional remote agents. If you have started with a 1 Remote Agent or 10 Remote Agents edition of Bamboo, you may wish to upgrade as your development team grows. Have a look at this table for details.
How do I request a quote?
Requesting an obligation-free quote is easy! You will just need to submit your request through our Atlassian Store. In the final step check "Get a Quote" and click submit. Only quotes submitted though our online form are considered valid, screen prints of the shopping cart is not the same as a quote.
