- Mail is often lost or deleted, leaving no record of important decisions.

A better mail archive
Just CC: your email discussions to Confluence's mailbox for a permanent, always-available record.
Once archived within Confluence, your team's mail is:
- Viewable by anyone who has appropriate permissions.
- Searchable — including the full content of email attachments.
- Threaded to keep track of whole conversations.
Usage example: Your colleague emails a Microsoft Word document to the team, cc'ing Confluence. The email is stored in Confluence and the full content of the email and the Word document is now searchable.
