This module provides a solid foundation for all users, from first time users to experienced administrators, and is an ideal refresher for anyone already familiar with the wiki concept.

Training modules are delivered as a 3 hour interactive WebEx seminar with a teleconference facility.

Organisation level training includes video and audio session recording for your future reference. There is a maximum of 25 concurrent client-side web conference connections for Organisation level training, and a maximum of 5 connections for Team level training.
