Starting today, small teams can use Atlassian Cloud products at no charge, in addition to our existing free offerings for teams of all sizes.
At Atlassian, we believe that all organisations deserve access to best-in-class tools that unleash their teams’ potential. That’s why we’re excited to announce that starting this week, our flagship cloud products are now available for free to teams of up to ten people. This is not a time-bound offer. Rather, it’s our full commitment to make our products more easily accessible to more teams throughout the world, full stop.
Starting today, teams can get cloud-based editions of Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, and Jira Core at no charge. This adds to the existing free offerings already in place for Trello, Bitbucket, and Opsgenie, which give all types of teams a set of great capabilities for collaboration. These products can be accessed starting today at www.atlassian.com/free.
A new world of remote work
Unprecedented events are rapidly changing the way teams are working together. We know our products help teams work better together and move work forward, regardless of where members of a team are located.
While working remotely is the right thing to do during this time of social distancing, making the transition with little or no warning is unavoidably disruptive. Virtually every familiar feature of office life – from the bulletin board where your team tracks work in progress to the whiteboard you use for brainstorming – has to undergo its own version of digital transformation.
To help teams work better together, we have also launched our remote work hub at www.atlassian.com/remote. The hub features advice on staying productive and collaborative, our collection of free cloud products, and access to integrations from leading Atlassian partners such as Slack, Zoom, G Suite, and Dropbox.
Additionally, we are offering one-year subscriptions to Trello Business Class for free to educators at K-12 schools and higher education institutions. We believe this will help schools affected by closures stay organised and connected as they transition to remote learning.
This is a moment to come together to make the remote journey an easy one for as many people and teams as we can, wherever they are and whatever they do. That’s central to our mission. We wish all our customers – current, new, and prospective – all the best as they pursue theirs.
