We are happy to announce that as of October 4, 2022, Bitbucket Cloud is joining our flagship cloud products Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in offering our Premium plan customers financially backed uptime SLAs.
This means that if the availability of core Bitbucket Cloud features drops below 99.9% for a given month after this announcement, you can request a credit on your account for a future month. To request the credit, please follow the instructions as outlined in our service level agreement.
To find out which product capabilities are covered in the uptime SLA, please view our covered experiences page.
What this means for customers wanting to migrate to Bitbucket Cloud?
By offering financially backed uptime SLAs, your team can be assured that Bitbucket Cloud is committed to meeting your reliability expectations.
We will continue our investment in this space by adding additional product capabilities that will be part of our covered experiences.
How are Premium plans different from Standard plans?
Our Premium plan is built for enterprise teams. With the Premium plan, admins have granular built-in security features such as IP allowlisting and deployment permissions, and now also includes financially backed uptime SLAs.
