Vincent Coval shares how creative app building led Elements to win Codegeist 2021

Vincent Coval began his career in 2006 as a developer in embedded systems. Today, as Innovation and Product Manager, he blends creativity with product design alongside 15 developers at Elements, a 30-person app development company born from Valiantys in 2018.

We chatted with Vincent about how his team’s Codegeist submission led them to win first place in 2021 and his tips for efficiency in using constraints to your advantage. Jarosław Solecki and Rafał Janiczak discuss how UI Modifications unlocked a new Forge use case for Deviniti

With over 20+ years of combined experience, Jarek, Product Owner, and Rafał, Developer, are two members of the Deviniti team — a long time Platinum Atlassian partner who has made optimizing business processes their mission for over 5 million customers in 103 countries.

Rafał began building apps with Deviniti over 7 years ago, and has since seen the company go from 10 to 26 apps! Jarek started out as a UX designer in the e-commerce space before moving to Deviniti, where he has been a product owner for around 4 years now. His personal highlight as a product owner is solving business operations problems for Jira customers.

We had a fantastic time chatting with both Jarek and Rafał about their experience moving Dynamic Forms, a popular app with nearly 1,300 installs, from Server to Cloud. Read their story to learn about how the new UI Modifications feature unblocked their journey to Cloud, their experience working with Atlassian to become an early adopter of the feature, and how rebuilding Dynamic Forms in Cloud has impacted their strategy moving forward. Oliver Rolle highlights how he found success blending business and software skills

Oliver Rolle began his entrepreneurship journey on the Atlassian Marketplace in September of 2021. With an education in computer science and business, and a background in portfolio management, AI, and data science; his experience gives him a unique edge when it comes to taking on a role as an Atlassian Marketplace Partner.
