Why Kudos Play A Part In Employee Retention

Employee recognition, open acknowledgment, and appreciation go a long way. In fact, had your boss or peers given you the kudos that you deserved, you wouldn’t have disengaged from that one deflating moment onward. You now run the risk of becoming a costly detractor.

  • Take the team out for lunch. If your team is remote, send them a gift card to their favorite restaurant.

  • Reward teams for hitting targets by letting them off early on a Friday
  • Organize mini-presentations for high-achievers to show their work
  • Invest in platforms to share achievements and give high fives
