Which cloud plans are eligible for these discounts?
  

All annual cloud plans are eligible for the dual-license and step-up credits.

When you start a free Cloud migration trial, your Cloud products will default to the Standard plan. However, you can change the product plan to Cloud Premium by going to Administration → Billing → Manage Subscriptions. You can change plans at any time, and as many times you wish during the trial. 

To upgrade your plan to Cloud Enterprise, please contact sales.

These free trial offers are exclusive to customers who are migrating.
Can I combine these offers?
  

Yes! Step-up credits and dual licensing, can be applied collectively.

Jira Software Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Jira Service Management Cloud step-up credits are also compatible with Community and Academic licenses.
