We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and dash boarding who can build informed decisions from data. You will have a background in applied statistics or a related quantitative field, will have the acumen in customer support analytics or customer analytics, will have experience delivering data visualisation solutions and business insights, and will have experience engaging with partners. You are focused on impact, and have experience in building data tooling and insights to guide understanding, progression for large organisations.
You will report to the Head of Service Enablement Analytics
You will get to
Dig into a variety of large datasets and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to move business forward
Define metrics and provide reporting to show how our business is going (up to the right)
Deliver scaled reporting and self-serve analytics solutions with high visibility
Work with data engineers to build a scalable data infrastructure for analytics
Use data visualisation, statistics, and story-telling to answer open-ended business questions
Identify the right analytics methods to provide insights to create impact - reduce customer friction and improve product quality.
Present your awesome data results and recommendations to senior leaders
Basic Qualifications
8+ years experience in analytics field
Knowledge of data analytics methods to answer business questions and create impact.
To tell data stories to non-technical audience
Technical background in data visualisation tools (Tableau), statistics, measurement, SQL, data instrumentation, automation scripting tools like Python
Project management skills and ability to work with your team to bring projects to execution
Experience in B2B, customer support, customer success, voice of customer
Experience working in SaaS companies
