At Atlassian, we are seeking a Intelligent Automation Engineer to enhance our Finance Systems Team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions to optimize financial processes, drive efficiency, and support data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Development: Design, develop, and deploy UiPath workflows to automate finance-related processes and reporting.

  • Process Analysis: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.

  • Maintenance & Support: Provide support for existing automations, ensuring they are functioning optimally and addressing issues as they arise.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes, including user guides and technical specifications.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT and finance teams to align automation initiatives with business goals and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in automation engineering, particularly with UiPath.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator; experience with programming languages such as C# or Python; familiarity with SQL and financial systems.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UiPath certification.

  • Experience in finance or accounting automation.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
