The Customer Service Management app is free during our closed beta period. Further pricing information will be shared closer to general availability.

Atlassian’s Customer Service Management app is a cloud-only offering, and there are currently no plans to bring it to Data Center. We believe delivery will be best through the linked and connected experience on the cloud platform. We will continue to investigate the opportunity here and share plans if the landscape changes.

We know many of Jira Service Management’s customers are using it to deliver customer service experiences today. We’re building the new Customer Service Management app to help bring even more of these capabilities to Atlassian customers. This app is purpose-built to address the specific needs of customer service teams looking to deliver seamless AI-first experiences.
