As part of the Early Access Program (EAP) for Atlassian’s DevOps solution, you and your team will get free access to try out the solution and you’ll see new features as soon as they’re available. 

Our four products are the starting point, with our ultimate vision of Jira as the source of truth for your DevOps tools, making a diverse toolchain feel like an all-in-one. In order to get there, we need your help giving us feedback and input.

By signing up for this Early Access Program (“EAP”), you acknowledge the Atlassian Privacy Policy and that use of the EAP products is governed by the Atlassian Customer Agreement (“ACA”). The EAP products are considered “Free or Beta Products”, as set forth in the ACA and are subject to applicable terms, conditions, and disclaimers.

Atlassian will use the information you provide on this sign-up form to contact you about the EAP program, including updates to the program, feedback requests, and offers.

Frequently asked questions

What are the costs associated with the DevOps solution Early Access Program? Copy link to heading Copied! Show

Our EAP is free to access for up to 10 users on Jira Software, Confluence, and Opsgenie and 5 users on Bitbucket. Afterwards, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan for any of the individual products. If there are any additional pricing or packaging changes, we’ll inform you a few months in advance so you can plan ahead.

The Early Access Program is ongoing until the general availability release of our DevOps solution, meaning that there is no specified end date. At the general availability release of our DevOps solution, you can still continue using your instance of the DevOps solution.

When signing up for the Early Access Program, you will be asked to agree to our Cloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The default DevOps solution is built around Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Opsgenie. The DevOps solution early access program currently includes access to the free plans of Jira Software, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Opsgenie. 
Will participating in the DevOps Project affect my existing Atlassian bill? Copy link to heading Copied! Show

No, the project is free for both new and existing customers. At this time, existing customers can only create a new Jira site on which to try the DevOps solution.

Beyond having you and your team try the solution, you will work closely with our product team to provide first-hand feedback. You will also be invited to join a private Community group to offer your feedback.
