He is currently leading the Program Management Center of Excellence in the Transformation department, focused on creating enterprise transparency into planned and completed work, demand for teams, and alignment to high level strategy. His past delivery leadership history includes initiatives running the gamut from accelerated underwriting via machine learning based models to the unified communications transformation to over 5,000 home office users.
