Forrester study: The total economic impact^TM of Atlassian cloud for small digital native technology providers

As part of the commissioned Total Economic Impact of Atlassian Cloud study, Forrester Consulting spoke with four customers ranging from large global retail companies to small technology providers. The experiences of small digital native companies differed slightly from their enterprise counterparts when migrating to Atlassian cloud.

While the core benefits of SaaS are consistent across the board, small to medium sized organizations experience benefits such as accelerated collaboration and reduced tickets related to speed and performance. In this study, Forrester dives into the details of the feedback, challenges, and benefits small digital native companies experience when they migrate from Atlassian server to Atlassian cloud solutions.
