Hermance started her career as a Collaboration Tools Specialist, helping teams work efficiently together. She joined Atlassian 8 years ago and grew in the Atlassian Enterprise team, helping large organizations in their digital transformation as a Sr. Solutions Engineer and Atlassian Certified Expert. Her deep experience with Atlassian’s products and understanding of customer needs paved the way to product management, where she is now a Sr. Product Manager for Jira Product Discovery. Outside of work, Hermance loves to bike around the streets of Amsterdam and play strategy games when the weather is rainy.
