Mike Cannon-Brookes is the CEO and Co-Founder of Atlassian, a collaboration software company that helps teams organize, discuss and complete shared work. More than 300,000 large and small organizations across the world, including companies like Reddit, NASA, Mercy Ships, Sotheby's and Visa use Atlassian’s collaboration products to help their teams work better together.
Mike was the youngest person ever to be awarded the ‘Australian Entrepreneur of the Year’ in 2006 by Ernst & Young alongside Co-Founder and then Co-CEO Scott Farquhar. In 2016 they were awarded Australian Financial Review's 'Australian Business Person of the Year' and in 2017 Forbes named them on their ‘Global Game Changers’ list. Mike was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a ‘Young Global Leader’ in 2009.
Outside Atlassian, Mike is a technology investor in the areas of software, fintech, agriculture, and energy and sits on the board of Zoox. He also cares deeply about giving back and sits on the board of Room to Read. A passionate clean energy evangelist, Mike was a driving force behind Australia getting the world's biggest lithium-ion battery and the "Fair Dinkum Power" movement.
He serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New South Wales' School of Computer Science and Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Scott Farquhar is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Atlassian, a collaboration software company that helps teams organize, discuss and complete shared work. More than 300,000+ large and small organizations, NFPs, and government agencies across the world, including companies like ANZ bank, Spotify, Twilio, Mercy Ships and Visa use Atlassian’s collaboration products to help their teams work better together.
In 2015, Scott helped spearhead Pledge 1%, a corporate philanthropy movement dedicated to making the community a key stakeholder in every business. 300,000+ companies around the world have now joined.

Outside of Atlassian, Scott co-founded a private investment fund, Skip Capital, which focuses on fast-growing technology companies, with a particular interest in the intersection of big data and health. Scott holds a BSc (Business Information Technology) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
As Chief People Officer, Avani Prabhakar leads Atlassian’s People org, encompassing Human Resources, Employment Relations, Talent, Total Rewards, People Insights, People M&A, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Team Anywhere across Atlassian’s global footprint.
Avani’s role focuses on supporting business transformations, developing world-class distributed-first teams, and building the processes, policies and practices that enable Atlassians to unleash their full potential.
Avani is passionate about unlocking the power of cross-functional teams and partnerships to deliver high-impact results.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the US across industries including technology, aviation, engineering and professional services.
Anu Bharadwaj is the President at Atlassian. Anu leads transformative projects across product lines at Atlassian, including the enterprise business, cloud platform teams and operations.
An accomplished executive with a track record of growing $500M+ businesses, building great teams and shipping blockbuster products, Anu joined Atlassian in 2014 as the Head of Product for Jira, and has held a variety of roles at the company during her tenure. Prior to joining Atlassian, Anu was at Microsoft, launching several products for Microsoft Visual Studio for over 10 years. Anu is passionate about making the world a better place through technology and effective philanthropy. She is a member of OutSystem’s board of directors and serves as the Director of Atlassian Foundation.
Cameron is the Chief Revenue Officer at Atlassian. Cameron joined Atlassian in 2012 and has held a variety of roles including Head of Server Business, Head of Growth, and Head of Customer Advocates.
Prior to joining Atlassian, Cameron worked in leadership positions at Jive Software and BEA.
Cameron holds an MBA from the University of Montana and a degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Davis.
Amy Glancey is the Chief of Staff at Atlassian. Joining Atlassian in 2016 as the Director of Communications for APAC, Amy expanded her remit to Director of Communications for Global Markets covering APAC & EMEA footprints. In 2018 Amy took the position of Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO. Prior to Atlassian, Amy spent four years at Groupon where she led the communications team across 14 markets in APAC. Prior to Groupon, Amy held various roles across the U.S, U.K, and APAC in both the private and public sector. Amy has a degree in Communications and a Masters in Journalism both of which she graduated with Distinction.
Rajeev Rajan is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Atlassian. Rajeev joined the company in May 2022 and is responsible for Atlassian Engineering, IT, Security and Trust, and the Engineering Operations teams. His focus areas include the company's continued transformation to Cloud, Developer Platform, and Product lines. Additionally, he is passionate about continuing to develop Atlassian’s world-class engineering organization and making it a top choice for aspiring engineering talent worldwide.
A long-time resident of Washington state, Rajeev previously acted as the Vice President and Head of Engineering for Facebook and Head of Office for Meta in the Pacific Northwest Region.
Prior to Meta, Rajeev spent more than two decades with Microsoft, first joining as an intern in 1994. During his time there, he worked on many products, culminating in Office 365 where he built and led the team responsible for all of the Cloud Infrastructure for Office 365.
Rajeev is married with two children and a spunky yellow lab named Rayna. He is very involved in and passionate about a number of efforts that uplift the local community, ranging from the arts to STEM programs.
Joe Binz is Atlassian’s Chief Financial Officer where he oversees the company’s Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Tax, and Treasury teams. He brings more than 25 years of finance leadership and experience in the technology industry. As CFO, he will help spearhead Atlassian’s next chapter of growth as the company continues to successfully scale its operations.
Prior to joining Atlassian in September 2022, Joe was Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President, Finance, where he led the company’s financial planning and analysis, investor relations, acquisition integration, and procurement functions. Over his twenty-year career with Microsoft, he was a pivotal finance leader where he most notably guided the company’s business transformation through its multi-billion dollar move to the cloud. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Zeynep joined Atlassian in 2023 and is responsible for the company’s marketing functions globally. Her team is focused on driving adoption of Atlassian’s products to unleash the power of teams everywhere.
Prior to Atlassian, Zeynep was CMO of Palo Alto Networks where she oversaw the company’s rapid expansion into multiple cybersecurity categories and pioneered the XDR category within cybersecurity. Named as one of the ‘top 100 women in tech leaders to watch’ in 2023 by WomenTech Network, Ozdemir holds a PhD in speech processing from Cambridge University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Harvard University.
Kevin Egan is the Global Head of Enterprise Sales at Atlassian and brings more than 25 years of enterprise sales experience and leadership to the company.
Prior to his current role, Kevin served as the Vice President of North America Sales both Slack and Dropbox, and has held various senior sales leadership positions at Salesforce.
Scott Belsky has served on our board of directors since August 2024. Mr. Belsky has served as Chief Strategy Officer and EVP, Design and Emerging Products of Adobe, Inc., a leader in creative, digital document and digital experience technology, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mr. Belsky was Adobe’s Chief Product Officer, leading the development of all Creative Cloud products and serving in various product leadership roles. Before joining Adobe in December 2017, Mr. Belsky was a venture investor at Benchmark, a venture capital firm, from February 2016 to December 2017. Prior to Benchmark, Mr. Belsky led Adobe's mobile strategy for Creative Cloud from December 2012 to January 2016, having joined Adobe through the acquisition of Behance, a social media platform for creative work. Mr. Belsky co-founded Behance in 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Belsky also serves on the advisory board of Cornell University's Entrepreneurship Program and on the board of trustees for the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Mr. Belsky holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
