Product-Specific Terms for Trello


These Product-Specific Terms apply to subscriptions of any editions of Trello pursuant to Customer’s Atlassian Subscription Agreement (or preceding form of agreement into which these Product-Specific Terms are incorporated) (“Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Product-Specific Terms have the meanings set out in the Agreement.

1. Contracting Party. Trello, Inc. is the contracting party for Trello and is deemed “Atlassian” for purposes of these Product-Specific Terms.

2. Documentation. The Documentation for Trello is currently located at https://trello.com/guide.

3. Free Accounts on Trello. For clarity, the Subscription Term for free Trello accounts continues until the applicable account is terminated.

4. Account Activity. Atlassian may make boards "private" where Atlassian would otherwise have rights to remove Customer Data or suspend access to Trello under the Agreement or otherwise pursuant to Atlassian’s published policies. Atlassian reserves the right to create limits on use and storage at its sole discretion at any time with or without notice for free Trello accounts. In the event of termination of Customer’s account, Atlassian may also withdraw and, at its discretion, reallocate the public web address of Customer’s account. Customer acknowledges that Atlassian reserves the right to log off users who are inactive for an extended period of time.

5. Migration. If Customer is upgrading from a free Trello account to a paid plan, Customer may be required to follow additional migration steps, as described in the Trello Usage Guides.

6. Power-Ups. From time to time, Atlassian may make available or provide links to optional “Power-Ups”, tools and other features or services that can be enabled by Customer for use with Trello (“Power-Ups”). Power-Ups may be provided by third parties (“Third-Party Power-Ups”) or by Atlassian (“Trello Power-Ups”). There may be limits on the number of Power-Ups Customer can use based on Customer’s applicable plan. Trello Power-Ups are Free and Beta Products and Third-Party Power-Ups are Third-Party Products, without limiting Atlassian’s ability to charge for Power-Ups in the future. Atlassian or the third-party provider of a Power-Up may update, modify or remove the Power-Up at any time at their sole discretion. Atlassian does not make any promises or guarantees about future availability or functionality of Power-Ups. For a number of Power-Ups, Customer will need a subscription to the third-party product or service integrated with Trello. Certain third-party providers of Power-Ups may also charge fees to enable Third-Party Power-Ups.

7. Additional Trello-Specific Policies and Terms. The following additional terms apply to Trello:

a. All references to the “Support and Services Policies” mean the “Incident and Response” terms of the Trello Operations and Security Guide, currently located at https://trello.com/legal/security(“Trello Security Guide”), as applicable to Customer’s paid plan.

b. All references to “Security Practices” means the the security practices described in the Trello Security Guide.

c. All references to the “Atlassian Developer Terms” means the Trello Developer Terms, currently located at https://developers.trello.com/page/trello-developer-terms.
