Continue managing your IT Operations without interruption
Our in-product migration guide will share a new product and plan recommendation based on your team’s Opsgenie usage. Then you can confirm your destination product and schedule your migration.

Prepare for migration
We’ll send your migration date to your billing admin for approval. In the meantime, you can begin preparing your team for the migration, or adjust migration dates if needed.

Keep working as you migrate
After your billing admin approves, we’ll automatically migrate your products on the specified migration date. The migration won’t cause any downtime, so you can continue using both platforms without interruption.

Finish your migration
We’ll guide you through the last steps to configuring your new product. After that, you can run Opsgenie in parallel until you’re ready to turn it off—up to 120 days post-migration.
