Product-Specific Terms for Halp

These Product-Specific Terms apply to subscriptions of any edition of Halp pursuant to Customer’s Atlassian Subscription Agreement (or preceding form of agreement into which these Product-Specific Terms are incorporated) (“Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Product-Specific Terms have the meanings set out in the Agreement.

1. Contracting Party. Halp, Inc. is the contracting party for Halp and is deemed “Atlassian” for purposes of these Product-Specific Terms.

2. Documentation. The Documentation for Halp is currently located at https://plz.halp.com/.

3. Additional Halp-Specific Policies and Terms. The following additional terms apply to Halp:

a. All references to the “Support and Services Policies” mean the Halp support offerings described here: https://halp.com/pricing, as applicable to Customer’s paid plan. The Enterprise Support and Services Policy does not apply to Halp, at this time.

b. All references to “Security Practices” or “Security Measures” means the Halp security practices currently located at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/security.
