By using Dreamkeeper, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Dreamkeeper's dream visualization (the "Output") leverages technology from Stability AI Ltd ("Stability") and OpenAI, L.L.C.'s ChatGPT ("ChatGPT"). Input and Output may be retained and used by Stability and/or ChatGPT in accordance with their respective terms, available on their respective websites.
• In your submission of information, data or prompts ("Input") to Dreamkeeper, you will not submit any Input that contains:
  • deceptive, fraudulent, inflammatory, illegal, obscene, defamatory, libelous, discriminatory, threatening, harmful, violent, pornographic, offensive, indecent, harassing, or hateful content;
  • sensitive, confidential or personal data of yours or others; or
  • content for which you have do not have rights to use, or which may infringe a third party's intellectual property, proprietary or personal rights.
• Additionally, you will not:
  • attempt to compromise the integrity or security of Dreamkeeper or attempt to tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, hack, circumvent any security or authentication measures, or engage in model extraction or stealing attacks, or otherwise attempt to disrupt Dreamkeeper;
  • share or otherwise distribute or publish your Output with any third party, including on social media;
  • use Dreamkeeper in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or
  • represent that the Output was human-generated when it was not.
• Your Input and Output may be shared with other users of Dreamkeeper but will not identify you as the source of the Input or Output.
• Due to the nature of machine learning technology, Output may not be unique to you, and Output does not represent Atlassian's views.
• By entering your Input and generating Output, you grant the providers of Dreamkeeper a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive license to use, process, reproduce, modify, distribute, display the Input and Output.
• No technical support is provided for Dreamkeeper.
• DREAMKEEPER AND THE OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLASSIAN FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ARE USING THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITIES OR DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE INPUT AND THE OUTPUT.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL ATLASSIAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR DATA USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DREAMKEEPER, INPUT, OR OUTPUT.
