Atlassian’s TEAM Camp onboarding program
When you join as an engineer, you’ll kick-start your journey with TEAM Camp. Built by engineers for engineers, our immersive onboarding experience takes place in your first month at the company.
You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, learning about Atlassian’s priorities and technology stacks. You’ll have the opportunity to connect in-person with your fellow cohort, building a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging as you join the team.

NASA used Atlassian tools in the lead-up to their Mars mission, as the team built the software they used for modelling data sent back from their satellites and rovers.

The Atlassian story
Armed with a credit card and a dream, our founders started Atlassian after college. In 2002, Mike and Scott launched our flagship product, Jira, followed by the release of collaboration platform Confluence.
Being only 20 years young, we maintain the ability to create new products, constantly innovate and ship fast. Everything we build is in service of our customers, whether it’s a new feature or product.
