How to use the 2x2 Prioritization Method template
Step 1: Define your business value
Define and align on how your team or your organization drives value.
Step 2: Map out your tasks
On stickies, write down individual tasks and place them on the 2x2 prioritization matrix.
Step 3: Discuss as a team
Take a few minutes to review the stickies and discuss placement. Edit as needed.
Step 4: Assign action items
Starting with high-value, low-effort tasks, assign owners to ensure those tasks get prioritized and completed over low-value, high-effort tasks.
