Kasi joined Atlassian in 2019, working on our Jira product in collaboration with colleagues in Sydney, which continues to this day. He appreciates the culture of compassion at Atlassian that has helped him feel a sense of belonging to his workplace and the teams he interfaces with.

Nitisha has been working at Atlassian since 2019, helping build the commerce cloud platform from the ground up. She truly believes that empathy and innovation are at the core of Atlassian culture and feels immense pride from the impact that her work is having on customer experiences.

Saloni has worked on multiple Atlassian platforms, recently co-developing new machine-learning technology which Atlassian has been granted a US patent for. She is completing a management training program to help fulfill her aspirations of becoming an Engineering Manager.

Chandranath was one of the first team members to join Atlassian when we opened our Bengaluru office in 2018. Since joining the Customer Support Services team, he’s grown professionally – being promoted twice, and personally – he and his wife welcoming two children into their lives.

Chaitrika joined Atlassian in April 2020 after previous roles in a large multinational software company and an IT Consulting firm. She is inspired on a daily basis by Atlassian’s team camaraderie, culture of open communication and commitment to outcomes for the customer.

Rajarshi was working in a technology start-up when he made the move to Atlassian in 2020. Being impressed by the strong leadership and Dom Price’s contribution to the larger tech community, “Ray” felt a strong connection to Atlassian’s vision, mission and culture of innovation.
